onenote sections should allow custom colors

You should allow custom colors for sections in OneNote...i find that there
aren't enough or the right colors for my liking

17 Section colors isnt enough for you?
I like the pastel colors that they give us... it feels like the manila
folders that you use in 3 ring binders... actually thats what it's supposed
to feel like.
Sure maybe some more colors, but custom.. nah... you'd go crazy making bad
color choices.. why bloat a program with that??

You have 16 colors now and, at least in the current build, the same in
OneNote 2007.
