OneNote should add F4 (repeat last action) command

Please add F4 (repeat last action) feature to OneNote. It would be very
helpful to use when, for example, highlighting areas of text in notes.

I can see where that could be a little tricky, though. I assume what you
want it to do is have it click the button to apply highlighting again when
you press F4, but the problem is that OneNote doesn't see the apply
highlighting as the last thing you did. It'll see the selection of text as
the last thing you did. So the app would somehow have to differentiate
between things you do in the note and things you do TO the note. What about
turning on the Pens toolbar so you can quickly reaapply the highlighter when
you're doing that frequently?

Thanks. That will help a bit.
Question - why is it that in Word, if you select text and click the boldface
button, and then select another bit of text and hit F4, it will repeat the
boldface action? Is the OneNote programming that much different?
