OneNote should allow me to change the view zoom..

When having to work on low resolution monitors it would be ideal to change
the view zoom to see more data on the screen.

It's there, just for some reason not on a menu by default.

There is a zoom control on the Standard toolbar. Ctrl-Scroll with the
mouse (if your mouse has a scroll wheel) will also allow you to zoom in and
out, just like in other Office programs.
