I insert a picture in-line between two paragraphs of text, all in the same
container. I then proceed to draw on top of that picture using the pen tool.
If I add lines of text to the top paragraph, the images moves down.
However, the pen scribbles that I just drew floats on top of everything and
don't move.
It would be convenient if OneNote would allow one to "pin" or "stick" images
and ink (pen) objects to each other, such that when one moves, everything
moves together.
