OneNote should allow noteflag mid-paragraph or sentence

You can only flag a note for an entire paragraph. It is unhelpful if trying
to flag an item that is in the middle of the paragraph without altering the
paragraph itself. This should be changed so you can even select a single
word if necessary.

Evolution software will allow you to flag single words or several sentences.
You can lasso a single word and turn it into the name of your flag for
future reference.
Linking pages to other pages or web site url's is also a useful feature of
this software.
