OneNote should be able to use INCONs that have hyperlinks embeded in them so
that you do not have to use a long file name. It

You can have hyperlinks on words (and probably pictures too, though I don't
recall trying it) in OneNote 2007. The word can be any length - doesn't
have to ne long or have anything to do with the actual filename/path.
