OneNote should have line and shape drawing tools.

I should be able to draw lines and shapes in OneNote. I love that OneNote
share's Publisher's features of being able to click anywhere on the screen to
add content, but I want to also be able to include boxes, circles, and lines
to enhance my notetaking.
