Onenote should have "Tree-View" capabilities

An easier way to navigate the notes would be to have a tree-view of the
Onenote's My Notebook folder as well as pages and sub-pages and possibly
container headings (similar to Mindget's MindManager X5's format).

Being able to pin the tree view would be great too. The folder listing in
GoBinder is superb.

Even better, would be to have tags so you can do searches based on them.
