OneNote should implement pressure-sensitive digital ink (provided, of course,
that the digitizer pen has this feature).

No, I am not using a Tablet PC. Otherwise I wouldn't require a digitizer pen
& tablet that connects through a USB port.

If that's what you're using, you need to look to the company of the writing
pad you're using for support. It isn't something OneNote can pick up
automatically without the proper input.
