OneNote should let me change the size of all pictures simultaneous

I import TIFF files with several pages each into OneNote and I want to be
able to resize all of these pages at the same time, rather than resizing each
picture individually. There should also be an option to resize imported
pictures and TIFF files automatically to fit the size of a piece of paper.

I agree. Another alternative would be the ability to choose (on an
application-specific level) a %reduction or increase in size.

For example:
Imported powerpoint images always come in too large.
Imported pdfs (by using the "printer") always come in too small.
