OneNote should let page colours be more customisable

I like the fact that OneNote chooses a randomish colour for each new page,
but wish I could tell it I never want to see that Lemon again.

You can change the color, but you can't delete any colors. The next time
Lemon pops up just change it to something else.

HOW do you change its color? somehow one of my pages has become colored
very badly (it's a super dark color) and I can't figure out how to change it
back...
