OneNote should make it easier to move tabs (drag-and-drop)

I agree.

I'd also like to be able to right-click any folder or section tab and have a
context menu which enables me to sort the tabs esp. alphabetically.

This is a popular feature request for the next version. We'll have to wait
and see if it gets implemented.
