OneNote shouldn't expand collapsed note flag names

OneNote 2003 Trial SP1 expands all collapsed note flag name in the note flag
summary (task pane) when a new, unrelated note flag is added. Anyone else
bothered by this?

I've got lots of notes flags grouped by Note Flag Name and I don't want
OneNote opening something I've closed intentionally. When I create a new note
flag, I have to go back through the list and close the open items again in
order to keep the summary manageable.

It bothers me too, especially during class. For example, when I'm in a law
class, I like to have the notes flag summary page to quickly access case
names, definitions, and rules, but I don't have time to go back after I
search each one to collapse them and have the same quick access to them as I
did before. I'm too busy taking notes. Very frustrating. I can't believe
there has been a post about this since your original last year!
