There should be two right click context sub menus added. The first would be a
user modifiable "Insert" list that contains standard items such as date,
time, etc. The second would be a smart "Context Insert" list that shows a
list of insertable items according to the text to the immediate left of the
input cursor. For example, if the input cursor is positioned after the text
"Date:" or anything close to that then the Context Insert menu will contain a
list of possible date formats for the current date and time.
