OneNote SP1 in French ?

I'm using the French version of OneNote and I don't understand why the SP1
is still not available!

Does anyone have any news concerning the release of the French version?

All updates are released in English first. After that the translation
departments recieve the codebase and start to translate them.
The language specific releases depend on the amount of work required to
translate.

That's why most language specific releases take a while...

The confusion and the source of the OP's question may be

My French is rusty but it looks like SP1 for Office 2003
is available *and* the page indicates that SP1 for
OneNote is also available, but no download link is
given.
