onenote sp1 installation problem

I just installed OneNote and am trying to install sp1. I tried 5 times and
that download was unsuccessful. I have disabled my firewall and internet
security to do so, but still no luck. Any suggestions?

In US and Canada you could order the Office 2003 Service Pack 2 on CD.

Forgot:
OneNote SP2 includes SP1, so you need only install SP2.
