I always set up my pages to "letter" size, which makes printing and
distributing the documents easier (i.e., I want the width to stay 8.5").
Pre-SP1, there was an option to keep lengthening the page (on page setup).
It's gone now, and I can't seem to get the page part of the page to extend
down. For example, I have a set of notes on a page. The notes extend well
past the bottom of what OneNote considers the page. The rest of the notes
are simply in a grey background. When I click the "Add half page" button on
the bottom right, it does nothing. Anybody have any ideas?
