OneNote Subpages and Symbols

Does anyone know how to 1. Hide the subpages so that only the pages
are visible on the right hand side and 2. Know how to make a keyboard
shortcut for the symbols in OneNote?

1. You can't hide subpages with the current version. Popular request
for future versions though.

2. See: http://www.factplace.com/onenotefaq.htm#Tricks #6.2. That's for
OneNote 2003 but it's the same for OneNote 2007. You didn't specify
which version you're using.
