OneNote sync and the new internet file sync services

Hi guys,

I'm looking at moving my personal files into the cloud - using something
like FolderShare or Dropbox, however I'm concerned that OneNote's sync
service is going to get confused if I'm storing a file on a folder that's
being dynamically synchronised in the background.

Any thoughts on this one? Am I going to run into issues using one of these
services for hosting OneNote files?
