OneNote Sync

I have OneNote and OneNote Mobile for my daughter who has severe memory
problems. She lives everyday doing what her Palm tells her to do. I would
like to have ONE notebook (can I call it OneNote Mobile Notebook?) and have
it contain everything she needs on both her computer and Palm ~ and therefore
have it sync back and forth correctly, keeping everything in it's right place
in the notebook. Is this possible, or just a dream on my part? Currently she
keeps everything on her Palm and Outlook and it seems to lead to more
problems than she needs. She has to remember WHERE to look for everything. If
she knew that, this wouldn't be a problem. What I am looking for is for
OneNote to become her ONE BOOK that has EVERYTHING she needs to know on a
daily basis. Is that even possible???
Thanks

It would be possible with a PDA running under Windows Mobile.
But the Palm OS is not supported.

With WM one can synch from the "Mobile" Notebook from the PC to the PDA
or a Smartphone (and vice versa).

I have deleted all the notes in Outlook and put the content into the
"Mobile" Notebook.

Thank you for replying. Her Palm does run Windows Mobile. So I can just name
her notebook 'OneNote Mobile Notebook and it will always be the same on both
her laptop and her Palm (after syncing, obviously), no matter where she makes
notes? Is there a way to have OneNote become her place for contacts, tasks,
appointments, etc? She does not use Outlook for email. Obviously, if I can
have everything in one place for her, it is more likely that she will be
successful using it. But if she has to go to a phonebook (Outlook) for her
contacts, and a calendar (Outlook) for her schedule, again for tasks, and
then the notebook for the rest - this will be a disaster right out of the
gate. So the BIG question, can OneNote be all things to her?

Ah! So she can make use OneNote Mobile.

No, not this way.
OneNote can only sync *one* section in a notebook called "OneNote
Mobile". This will be created automatically when installing OneNote
Mobile.

Things to be synched with the PDA have to be put into this section.
There is a little Add-on which copies pages into this section.

NO. OneNote is no instrument for the latter.

Unfortunately not.
There are certain things like Tasks which can be set in OneNote and
appear in Outlook and appointments made in Outlook can be made to
appear in ON.
But that provides hardly anything of what you'd want to see in
addition.

Thank you so much for your time and help. It appears that OneNote is not
going to be the panacea I had hoped. I certainly see many uses for it in my
life and on my computers, but, alas, not for my daughter.

Boy ~ would I love to spend a couple days with Bill Gates and his guys and
outline a new product for them that would revolutionize how people use and
reference their computers. Kind of like I had envisioned (hoped, prayed)
OneNote would work for my daughter! Again, thank you so much for your help.
