OneNote Templates

Does anyone know how to upload OneNote templates to Microsoft's Office
Templates site (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx)?

I see several OneNote templates listed in the Community Submitted section
(for individual pages & entire notebooks), but can't seem to figure out
how to do this. If I click the Submit a Template link from the menu on
the left side of the main templates page, I am only presented with options
to upload Word, Excel or PowerPoint files. How do you upload a OneNote
file?

For that matter, how would I go about exporting a particular page as a
template that can be uploaded? I know how to save custom templates within
OneNote, but it is my understanding that these files are embedded in my
*.one notebook files. Wouldn't they need to be in a separate file for me
to upload?

Thanks!

The current website does not support uploading of ON2007 templates.

You can find the templates at %userprofile%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates\My Templates.one

However, there is no way to strip one page out of custom template.one.
When user uploads .one file, all custom templates in it will be public.

MS upload system was able to just upload single template to website.
