Onenote to an Outlook Folder?

Is there a way to take a note and send it to an Outlook folder (not just the
inbox)? This is for OneNote 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have a lot of folders
so I don't want to create a special rule for each one in Outlook. I'm
wondering if there is a plug in or something for Onenote that will allow me
to choose which Outlook folder I would be sending it to. Thanks.
