Onenote web based - view and edit?

I want to run Onenote from a web site and be able to edit and save right in
web browser, meaning without Onenote installed in local computer.
checked with Hosting co w/ sharepoint and they couldnt do it, so asking if
you can help guide me to right direction.

Not possible. You'd have to basically re-write OneNote in which case you're
not really running OneNote from the web site, you're running your own
application.
