OneNote website

This may be slightly off topic:

I would like to access the English version of the OneNote website,
since there are much more resources than on the German version.
However, I have a German Win XP Pro on my computer, and I keep getting
redirected to the German site. Yes, I do use the link to Office
Worldwide and then click on "USA". I get to the English MS Office
Homepage, but as soon as I click on OneNote, I end up with the German
version.

This is very annoying! Is there a way of getting around this? By the
way, no such problems occur with Opera...

in IE, go to tools, options, general tab, languages and add us English to
the list.
