How do you link one contact in Outlook with multiple folders in Onenote?

To do what? Can you describe the scenario you're looking at?

I want to keep track of a sales rep contact's activities at different
customers. I have the customers in separate folders and once i want to make
notes regarding each customer they always goto the same folder which is not
always the one that I am making the notes for. So I need to find out how to
get OneNote to go to the right customer.
