OneNote (with SP1) won't insert Outlook meeting dates?

I have installed Service Pack 1, but I cannot seem to insert Outlook meeting
dates. The buttons are grayed out. How do I fix this issue?

Assume you mean Outlook meeting details.
You need Outlook 2003 for this feature. If you do have it installed please
check if other Outlook related functionality is working:
- can you send an email from OneNote?
- can you Create Outlook Items from OneNote content?

Which version of Outlook are you running? Outlook 2003 is required for
functionality with OneNote SP1.
