I accidentally pressed some button on the bottom of my keyboard and it made
One note have large print and I can only see 1/4 of the page and have to
scroll down. How can i get it to view and type in full page view?

In the toolbar there is an entry filed showing a figure with %.
Set it back to 100%.
You way also use Ctrl+Scroolwheel to scale the size of the dispaly.
