Please include a feature similar to Word's Draw Toolbar into OneNote2003. It
would greatly enhance its operability, particularly providing the abilty to
put text boxes, call-outs, arrows etc anywhere on the note page. Similarly,
why not include Word's styling features, i.e. Headings etc.

Yes, the drawing toolbar is one of the more popular feature requests for
the next version of OneNote.
