I've added the add on and have acrobat now set as the default for all pdf
files. One note still opens scansoft PDF Creator and crashes or is so slow I
can;t wait.

I want to import all my documents (pdf, dox, docx, eexcel) into my
documents folder each in it's own page and a name equal to the filenale not
path.

Hlep in bringing in these pdf files.

What are you trying to accomplish? You're correct that each of the programs
you've mentioned in another post are designed to do something different --
they're designed that way. Importing all your documents into OneNote
doesn't seem like a great idea to me. If you want to search inside the
docs, you can do that with Windows or Google Desktop Search, or X1 or
Copernic. I've used X1 for years and love it!

Hope that helps,
Lon

You are right - I liked the look of onenote and thought it was a way to keep
all my job files viewed in one area, docs, art, photos, pdf files, etc.

As it turns out I can do more with a good file manager.

The problem is that some things like email do not stay with that job and
over the years they then get saved in differnt places.

Onenote - I just don't se the use except as a web note organizer but
everyting else I can do in other programs.

If tehy added an folder viewer, just like a section tab then that would do
it all.
