OneNote2Outlook included as part of the next upgrade for Outlook 2

I have been unsuccessful in using the Power Toy (send to OneNote from
Outlook.) It does download and completes installation, but when Outlook
2003 is
restarted -- the new OneNote button and associated OneNote options menu
DOESN’T appear anywhere on Standard toolbar for Outlook 2003.

So I am unable at this point to send selected emails from outlook to my
OneNote Notebook,

Do you have the PIAs installed? Rerun Outlook set up and choose the option
to make changes and verify the Net framework support is installed.
