I want to insert some PDF's and Word doc's to OneNote, but in the Insert
menu, the "Files as Printouts" option is greyed out. And when i go to the
file in my computer, there isnt a "Send to OneNote" option or a "OneNote
Printer" ?? What's wrong with my program? :/ And how can i get the files in
my notebook?

1.) Which OS are you running?
The ON-printer is not available for 64-bit OSs.
There's workarounds, however.

2.) It happens that the ON-printer disappears.
There are are several recipes for curing that.

Both affords some explanations.
Therefore pls let us know a bit more in the circumstances.

Did printing to ON ever work on your system???

Rainald Taesler Thanks for helping.

I have the 64 bit Vista. My laptop is brand new, like a week old, and
OneNote was pre-installed by HP. This is the first time I tried ON on this
particular computer. Can you tell me more about the workaround?

Thanks

OK, so that's clear by know.
I hope that with the help of Sinclair's reference you already found the
way to David Rasmussen's article in his fix for the 64-bit printer
problem. In case not, here's the URL
