I have been working with Sperry but they have no answers. I have Outlook
2003 up to date, the most recent add-in version and removed and reinstalled.
XP Pro machine.
The problem happens when I syncronize my PDA using Activesync 4.5. After
syncing, I cannot select email accounts to check, and it's like Outlook
stays open even when it's closed. A reboot fixes it, and as long as I don't
sync everything works as designed. I did not have this issue before
installing recurrung email add-in.
Suggestions appreciated.
