ONINT.DLL is missing

Loaded Office Home and Student 2007 this weekend and ran the recommended
clean ups to help my system. Disk check, disk clean up, more options removed
unused programs (ouch), defrag and now I can't launch Outlook email.
I get the error:
Cannot start microsoft outlook. A required component is missing: ONINT.DLL.
Please install Microsoft Outlook again.
I only have some .jpg pictures in the recycle bin. I paid for outlook when I
bought XP and downloaded online. I have been out of work for months except
for odd jobs.
I would really like to fix my email without paying for it again.
Any suggestions?

How is this an Outlook issue? That edition of Office 2007 does NOT include
Outlook. So just from where did you get Outlook?

As stated, Outlook is NOT included in the H&S edition of Office 2007. See:
