OnKey trapping SHIFT+ALT+Spacebar? Possible?

Is there any way to prevent Windows from trapping the event caused by
SHIFT-ALT-Spacebar? I can bind a macro to CTRL-ALT-Spacebar, but not
SHIFT, and I want to.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I think that this is a window shortcut.

If you don't get a good answer here, you may want to post in a windows (or VB)
newsgroup.

(I don't have any idea, but those API guys and gals are pretty darn smart!)
