ONline Help won't display

I have installed Office 2003 on my XP workstation. After tryint to open help, I notice I can't select any subject. The titles are downloaded from Office online ok, but when clicking on the specific subject, nothing. What is preventing this? I have tested on a different PC, and it works ok.

Hi Mark,

Do you have a firewall that is blocking content? Also most of the Help
content is available offline. You can change this using the "Online
Content Settings" option on the Help task pane or click the Stop
command to search offline content first.
