Online Help

I am on a network with a network firewall and Office 2007 Help, or for
templates, cannot go online. Is there a special port used that needs to be
opened? I can access all of the Microsoft sites outside the Alps. I have
checked "Search Microsoft Office Online for Help content when I'm connected
to the Internet. My computer is always connected to the internet. I ran the
diagnostic and it found nothing wrong? Any thoughts?

Is this a corporate network? If yes, then ask your IT staff to allow this option.
