Online Shared Calender

Hi, I have a public pool where schoolkids come to swim.
Ik want an online calender in order to get parents to scedule and plan when
their kids come to the pool directly in my calender. Ideally i want a maximum
amount of kids in the pool, so there is a maximum amount of places available
in different time slots. . It needs to be managed and used through a browser.
Is there a standardised solution for this kind of problem from Microsoft?

SharePoint is one solution but it might be overkill for this situation. It
all depends on far you want to take this. If it should only be a calendar
people can reserve time-slots in there are some (CMS) webiste solutions that
can offer it you for free. If you want it to tie into your organisation and
administrative processes a (hosted) SharePoint solution would do the trick
much better.
