Online trial version installed, want to licence as OEM

I installed an online trial version of Office 2007 because I did not have the
OEM builder pack handy. It has expired and I want to use OEM licence to
activate. I entered the OEM # and it is not accepted. Do I need to re-load
the software with the OEM bulider pack? If so, do I have to first remove the
existing version?

Joanne:
I purchased a single OEM licence for Office Basic. I cannot find anyplace to
purchase the OPK. I tried Synnex and Techdata and they both told me the
English version is not available any longer. I tried Microsoft website and
everytime that I entered the verification letters/numbers it would take me
back to the verification screen.
In desparation I purchased a French language OPK hoping that when I selected
English as primary language everything would magically change but of course
it didn't and I do not parlais Francois very well.
Is there anyplace that I can download the disks? It surprises me that they
are not more readily available. After all the installable trial version is
only for sixty days.
Any help would be appreciated!

Uninstall the trial version and any incomplete OEM versions. Install the OEM
version.
