Online tutorial attached itself to document

I have a very frusterating issue that I would love someone's help with. I
have a Table of Contents I added to a Word Document and used an online
tutorial to help get it started. Now, everytime I open the document, it
launches the online tutorial, adding over 10MB to the file size and
preventing me from sending it to my colleagues.

How to I remove this attached online tutorial? I cannot see anywhere on the
page where it is attached...it is VERY odd.

HELP!!
