OnLoad hasn't been executed when filling out a form in SPS form library

Hi,

I have put some code in OnLoad function (work fine), and then I publish the
form into SharePoint Portal Server. But when I fill out the form from the
SPS form library, I found the code in the OnLoad function hasn't been
executed, why? And how to fix it?
