Only first appointment prints

Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5, only the first appointment on a day
will print. Any suggestions how to make all of them print? I saw an idea
about using a Word template, but the Web page link provided by that
individual only included templates that would print weekly and monthly
calendars and I specifically need a daily calendar.
