Hello:
For the last few weeks when I have had my computer on for a while, the
Outlook window (either Mail, contacts, calendar) flashes from active
to inactive every 5-10 seconds so as I am typing it goes inactive and
nothing I types while inactive is recorded. Then it goes active in
5-10 seconds and I can start typing again. I used to be able to
restart my system and the blinking would stop, but now that doesn;t
work and it starts blinking right away regardless of how long the
computer has been on.
It is very frustrating and counterproductive. I tried updating
Outlook with latest services packs and updates Window XP pro. I also
updated teh mouse driver (its a Wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0).
Again, no other application on my system does this (including other
MSFT Office apps) Only Outlook. Thanks for any suggestions.
Here is my system specs:
Dell XPS 600 Desktop
Windows XP Pro (SP 2)
3.39GHZ Pentium
2Gigs RAM
21 inch Wide Screen Dell Monitor
