only last page of email prints

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: Exchange

I have a user running entourage 12.2.1.Only the last page prints out with any email I try. To clarify, if an email is 5 pages only page 5 will print. I don't get any error messages. The printer works normally with all other programs except Entourage. I tried printing from Entourage with another user and that also worked fine. Any suggestions

I course I found an answer after I posted In page setup I set formatting for my HP 6500 series and now it works. Can anyone tell me why that would be needed?

why that would be needed?

Some features of printing are more advanced than others. To take
advantage of those features, the application may need to be pointed to
the correct printer to know how to send the information correctly.
Pointing to the correct printer means you're pointing to the correct
Printer Description file or printer driver, which presents all those
features.
