Only MS Word 2000 not printing to printer

I have a problem with MS Word 2000 not printing. Other applications can
print to the printer fine, Excel, Notepad, Wordpad, Adobe, etc. I have
reloaded the print drives, MS Office and scanned for adware and
viruses, but Word still will not print. I get a "Paper Problem"
everytime I try and print, also the printer goes offline and has to be
cleared.

Any suggestions???
