Only partial image is printing.

I have set up a simple flowchart on a single page and I can only get the
lower portion of the page to print. When I do print preview, it is all
there, but not when I actually print.

the general recommendation is to ensure you have all of the fix packages
applied (visio, print drivers, etc.)
