Only Phone Call is Available as Outlook 2007 Journal Entry Type

Hi,

Sometimes the drop-down list for the Journal Entry Types only lists
Phone Call as the only available selection. This happens as I click on
the green Journal icon to create a new Journal Entry in Journal section
of Outlook. I can only make the other selections (Task, Task Request,
Note, etc) reappear in the drop-down list by exiting and starting
Outlook again. Has this happened before to anyone else?
