only project manager receive the alerts

hi,

like the title, only the PM receive the alert to the submission of a
project or is some chage will happen... where can I set up to send
allert to all resources???

what I'm doing wrong???

Vit:

Do the tasks also show up on the Project Manager's My Task page? This would
indicate that the resources are not the assignment owners of the tasks. When
you use any import of resources in bulk, using AD synch or Import resources
to enterprise features, the default assignment owner is not set for the
resources, something we consider a design flaw in the system. To correct the
behavior, you must set the default assignment owner field for the resources.
If you have a large resource pool, this can be accomplished using a a very
simple SQL query.
