Only See One Name in Owner Field

Hello,

I've run into a bit of a strange problem. I can only see one name in the
Owner drop-down in the Edit Project Properties screen in PWA (the current
owner). I am at a loss as to why this is because in our test environment
running the same patch level, this works just fine. We're running Project
Server 2007 patched to April 2009 CU in three environments and only our
production environment sees the problem (naturally). I've tried enabling the
Save Project to Project Server permission for the Project Managers group to
no avail (we have multiple administrators so you'd think I'd be able to at
least see those names).

Can anyone offer any insight as to what's going on? Is there a hotfix that
we might be missing? Am I just slowly going insane?

And the answer is: I'm slowly going insane.

We have so many users in production that the drop-down list only has one
name by default. There is a search field added that I failed to notice. I
can search for a name and select it, at which point the name is added to the
drop-down.

To add to what you have already discovered, I believe that when you have
more than 400 users in the system, PWA no longer displays the complete list
of users. Another example of this is the Manage Users page in PWA. Hope
this helps.
