only see pages in the frame??

Hello

I have just created my first homepage with frames, and succeded very well. I
do however have one problem.
When I open the homepage everything is fine, and all the links work (it is
not very dynamic yet). The problem that I found is: when you look at the
Index for the last opened pages , you can work around and open each page
separaterly, without the frames. How do I avoid this, it should only be
possible, to see each page inside the frame structure. I don’t do HTML
programming yet, so if anyone could please answer me, how to do this without
programming. For better understanding what I mean, look at www.mftcoaching.dk.

Thanks
Annette

How do I avoid this,

By not using frames.
it should only be
possible, to see each page inside the frame structure.

You can do this with javascript. You need to get used to it, because by
choosing to use frames, your life will become a tedious series of one
workaround after another, most requiring javascript to accomplish.

Your side doesn't need frames, so don't use them. Unless, like Murray says
you want to spend more time on workarounds than creating content.
