Only some of content of the e-mail in outlook appears

I ocassionally receive e-mails from users in the business where only some of
the content appears. We use exchange 5.5

Half the content of the e-mail is missing on the e-mail, but come through on
my blackberry.

The sender is on XP and I'm on NT.

Any Ideas or suggestion
